The 5-course chef’s choice meal is carefully designed by Chef Colleen and her team to showcase all of what Newfoundland Labrador has to offer. She uses the freshest local produce and berries as well as local seafood, wild game, and meat and poultry all sourced from different regions the island. Chef Colleen is easily able to accommodate almost all diets and dietary requirements so everyone can enjoy the experience.
